DR. ASHUQULLAH MAJIDI DIRECTOR GENERAL

Dr Sayed Ashuqullah Majidi was born in Logar province of Afghanistan on March 21, 1978.  He is a qualified Medical Doctor and Master in Public Health (MPH) with more than 12 years of vast experience in, health facilities management, supervision and monitoring, project management, Hospital Leadership and Management and Project leadership and management.

Mr Majidi was the regional director of CAF organization for Logar province and he was promoted/elected as the Director General of CAF during CAF last General Assembly meeting held in August 2021 with the majority vote of general assembly’s members and the Trustee Board. He always has tried to guide the organization toward achievements of its goals by implementation of various projects and fund raising activities.  He is a creative person and excellent role model who is dedicated to his work.

DR. ABDULLAH OMAR TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Dr Sayed Abdullah Omar was born in Takhar province of Afghanistan on December 24, 1975. He is a qualified Medical Doctor and Master in Public Health (MPH) with more than 18 years of enormous experience in CHW trainings, Community Based Health care, Project Management and Monitoring and evaluation.

Mr Omar is one of CAF committed key staff who start working with CAF from December 2003 and has well performed his duties to date in various positions and now he works as the Technical Director of the Organization.

Hayatullah “Hayat” HR&Admin MANAGER

Hayatullah HAYAT was born in Kapisa province, Afghanistan on Oct 25, 1972. He is a qualified Bachelor of Computer Science and diploma in Accounting and Management with over 29 years of experience in different multicultural organizations in the fields of Administration, Logistics, finance and resources management. He has worked for International and National NGOs from 1995 to date in Pakistan and Afghanistan. Furthermore, he has joined many short term courses inside and outside the country as Human Resource Management System, HRM Principle and Functions, Budget and Budget Management, HR Management in an Organization, Internal Auditing, Effective Supervision Skills, Financial reporting, Organization Policies and procedures, Managing External Audit, Financial Management, Communication Skills Development, WHO Implementation partners PRS Champions TOT Training and Advanced Excel Formula.
Mr. Hayatullah Hayat joined CAF in May 2006 formally and during this time he has worked honestly in various positions and was appointed as the Manager of Human Recourse of CAF in February 2023 and is doing his best to provide all the necessary conditions for the development and strengthening of human resources in accordance with the policy of the organization.

DR. M ASEF GHYASI Nutrition Manager

Dr. Asef Ghyasi was born in 1st August 1968 in Kabul Afghanistan. He is a qualified medical doctor holding diploma in Nutrition with more than 20 year experience in nutrition, program management, implementation and leadership.

Mr Ghyasi has worked; as volunteer health in different hospitals in Kabul, MD in Indera Gandhi pediatric hospital, Therapeutic Feeding program officer in ACF, Project Supervisor, Project Manager, regional director and Nutrition program Manager in CAF.

M. AKRAM BABAKARKHIL Logistic Manager

Mohammad Akram was born on September 22, 1975 in Kabul, Afghanistan. He is holding Diploma in Business Accounting (DBA) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with over 15 years’ experience from international organization in Asset Management, Logistics and Warehouse management. He has worked with non-profit sector from October 2002 in Afghanistan.  Moreover he has joint a number of short term and long term courses within logistic field inside and outside of the country.

Mr. Akram has joined Care of Afghan Families (CAF) as Logistic Manager. He is one of the organization assets, who demonstrate solid commitment towards ensuring the success of organization.  He is a team player and is always happy to coordinate and collaborate with others and he has the ability to proactively respond to challenges and issues.
