Shukria Khaliqi is born in Kabul Afghanistan on February 15, 1970. She is graduated from Sharia and Law Faculty of Kabul University with more than 15 years of Experience as Women right Activist and implement more than 50 women empowerment and education projects as well as awareness sections for the target communities.
