MOHAMMAD NAIM RASSA FINANCE ADVISOR
Mohammad Naim Rassa was born in Kabul, Afghanistan on October 04, 1976. He is a qualified Master of Finance (MBA), Master of Public health (MPH), Master of Health care & Hospital Managmenet with over 27 years’ experience in Humanitrain not-for-profit sector management and leadership, implementation of various type of humanitarian projects, Administration, Logistics, finance and resources management. He has worked in the not-for-profit sector as from October 1996 in Afghanistan. Furthermore, he has jointed many short-term courses inside and outside of the country.
Mr.Rassa is one of the founders of Care of Afghan Families (CAF) and during the past 20 years, has held many positions in the organization such as finance manager, Admin/Finance Director, Operation Director, Director General and currently Finance Advisor. From the start-up of his work with CAF he has been involved in implementation of various Projects such as BPHS, EPHS and other vertical humanitarian projects and he was also involved in policies and procedure development, program development, strategic planning, proposal writing and organization governance. He always has tried to guide the organization toward achievements of its goals by development and implementation of various policies and standards. He is a creative person and excellent role model who is dedicated to his work. Mr Rassa maintains high standards for himself as well as those he works with, always quietly providing the necessary support to help his colleagues.

Dr. Nasir Ahmad “Hamid” was born in Kabul, Afghanistan on February 21, 1980. He is a qualified Medical Doctor, Master of Public Health (MPH) and Phd student with over 18 years’ experience in organization Management, Administration, health, nutrition, Logistics, finance and office management. He has worked in the not-for-profit sector as from Aug 2003 in Afghanistan.  Furthermore he has joint many short term courses inside and outside of the country.

Dr. Hamid is one of the management board member of Care of Afghan Families (CAF) and during the past years, has held many positions in the organization such as Project Coordinator, CBHC Program Coordinator, Health Program Coordinator, Health Program Manager, Organization Development Director, Operation Director and currently technical advisor. He always has tried to guide the organization toward achievements of its goals by development and oversight the implementation of CAF various policies and standards.

Mohammad Edriss Yousufy was born in Kabul, Afghanistan on May 31, 1981. He is a qualified Bachelor of Finance (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in economics with over 15 years’ of experience in different multicultural organizations in the fields of Administration, Marketing and Sells, Logistics, finance and resources management. He has worked for private profit sectors from 2003 to 2005 and in not-for-profit sector from May 2005 to date in Afghanistan.  Furthermore he has joined many short term courses inside and outside the country as International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS), Financial Management, total quality management, Certified Auditing Training, Micro finance, Accounting for accountants, DBA, Report writing, TOEFL and Customer Service.

Mr Yousufy is the Operation/Finance director of the organization since August 2019 and tries his best to fulfill all the requirements.

Hashmatullah was born on September 02, 1967 in Pol-e-Khomri Baghlan province. He is holding Bachelor of pharmacy from Kabul University with over 29 years’ experience from governmental, national and international organization in pharmacy Management, Logistics and Warehouse management. He has worked with non-profit sector from Feb 2006 in Afghanistan.  Moreover he has joint a number of short term and long term courses within pharmacy field inside of the country.

Mr Hashmatullah has joined Care of Afghan Families (CAF) as pharmacy Manager. He is one of the organization assets, who demonstrate solid commitment towards ensuring the success of organization.  He is a team player and is always happy to coordinate and collaborate with others and he has the ability to proactively respond to challenges and problems.

Sayed Fakoor “Razawi” was born in Kabul, Afghanistan on Jan 01, 1978. He has DBA degree and doing ACCA in American University of Afghanistan with over 12 years’ experience in organization, Administration, and finance. He has worked for non-profit organization from Nov-2002 to present.

Meanwhile he has joint many short term courses inside the country.

Mr Sayed Fakoor “Razawi” is one of the Finance Department key staff of Care of Afghan Families (CAF) that during the past years has held many positions in the organization, Such as Accountant General Accountant, Finance Coordinator, Operational Manager, and currently he was promoted to Finance Controller/PCH-Finance Manager in Dec 2012. He always has tried to work for the success, prosperity and sustainability of the organization and has tried to help the organization toward achievements of its goals.
